JB: In 2 Deep was originally formed in the late nineties as a duo, out of the ashes of Oscar (a band with a similar repertoire but five members). Their avowed intent was to make music a viable option for small clubs that might otherwise go for DJs and/or the dreaded Karaoke. Their repertoire is heavily dominated by 50s and 60s music, yet they turn their hand to anything in order to 'keep the customer satisfied'. Over the last few years they have added three more ancient musos (lead guitar, drums and lead vocals) so they are now back up to a five-piece again.
